Republican Insiders Are Planning A Mike Pence/Nikki Haley 2020 Ticket As Trump’s Presidency Flops

While President Donald Trump is seeking a reelection campaign, republicans are thinking of making use of Mike Pence and Nikki Haley 2020 ticket as Trump’s presidency flops.  Trump is already at the center of multiple investigations, that have been caused by him.

The New York Times reports that “Republicans close to the White House whisper about the prospect of an alliance between” Haley and Pence, “possibly to run as a ticket in 2020.”

The simple truth is that Pence has been having meetings with elected officials and activists from GOP in numerous key states.  Pence may be having meetings that will push his boss away, but his boss is only interested visiting Mar-a-Lago or holding the occasional rally

Pence also have his personal super PAC that funds other candidates. Also, Haley’s profile has been growing over the months.

Right now, Pence and Haley are likely the emergency plan, but as Trump continues to detail, it might be Pence’s reelection campaign in 2020 anyway.
