The past is gradually catching with President Donald Trump. According to NBC News, in 2013, a Russian allegedly offered to send five prostitutes to Trump after a morning business meeting about the Miss Universe Pageant.
This came Trump’s bodyguard Keith Schiller during questioning from Congress about a dossier claiming that Trump used prostitutes during the pageant.
Schiller denied that Trump accepted the offer, saying “Oh my God, that’s bullshit,” according to two sources present during the interview. He said that both he and Trump joked about the offer later that evening before Trump went to bed alone.
Schiller allegedly told House investigators that the offer was declined and that he responded by saying “We don’t do that type of stuff.”
In a statement to NBC News, Schiller’s lawyer blasted the House Intelligence Committee “for leaking false and misleading versions of Mr. Schiller’s testimony.”
“We are appalled by the leaks that are coming from partisan insiders from the House Intelligence Committee,” Stuart Sears said in the statement. “It is outrageous that the very Committee that is conducting an investigation into leaks — purportedly in the public interest — is itself leaking information and defaming cooperative witnesses like Mr. Schiller. “
